Great coworkers and thorough training

Cons

Very inflexible. No room to move up. Don’t believe in fair raises. Nothing is confidential when shared with management. HR doesn’t exist.

Pros

Feeling of being in control of my own success. Sales is a numbers game, all about making the calls and connecting with the right people. Internal support is available to help in any way needed. Coming from a commissions only role, having a base salary is a tremendous plus, as is the steady Monday through Friday day-shift.

Cons

The job is not for everyone, but a great fit for sales personalities. Involves a lot of time on the phone.
