Nothing really good at all about working here...

The company has absolutely no direction. Management is constantly flip flopping between trying to keep current campaigns afloat and develop the automation that will drive their system in the future. Sales constantly promises things that dont exist and expect the engineers to patch it into the existing solution, which will definitely lead to problems down the road. Hiring decisions are made without any serious thought and clearly reek of desperation.
