No support. Leadership looked out for themselves. Expected you to work after hours and was looked down on when you didn't respond right away.

Nice office, coffee, food, facilities. Good commute options with the Genentech bus

Cons

Lack of focus and direction. Trying to do too many things. Slow for start up. Below average pay for the bay area. Toxic management. Seeing too many people leaving meetings crying. Poor benefits.
