Toxic management, overreact, lack of respect for experienced employees, micromanagement, hostile and toxic environment. It's common for management to push out any employees who ask questions or challenge the status quo. Misrepresentation of the company and the job during the hiring process,

You meet some of the nicest and smartest people here and they provide free lunch!

Cons

Senior Management plays favorites, upward mobility is slow and higher positions are offer to new hires instead of internally, and some new hires use their higher level to boss and micromanage while taking credit.
