I worked at Interface.ai, and my experience was overwhelmingly negative due to the company’s leadership and product shortcomings.
The CEO’s leadership style is highly controlling, with a tendency to micromanage and belittle employees rather than empower them. Constructive feedback is rare, and instead, a culture of fear and blame dominates, leading to high stress and burnout. Many employees leave without another job lined up simply to escape the toxic environment.
From a product standpoint, Interface.ai markets itself as an AI-driven solution, but in reality, the technology lacks true innovation. The AI must be manually spoon-fed responses, making it more of a rigid chatbot than a learning system. Customers often express frustration due to the lack of meaningful reporting, which makes it difficult to measure ROI. Unsurprisingly, customer satisfaction is low.
The company also struggles with retention, with constant turnover at all levels. The demands placed on employees are extreme, yet appreciation and support are minimal. Overall, this is not a sustainable or healthy workplace for long-term career growth.
CEO pays for Forbes articles and alike to come out to make him look good. He also has created many Glassdoor pages or changes name of the company due to how many negative reviews come on board, never accepts fault and always blames employees for the feedback vs taking ownership.
