Pros
Pros are - Work in niche areas of artificial Intelligence, flexible work timings when needed, scope for doing impactful work. CEO is passionate and precise about the direction the product is evolving, yet actually welcomes and grasps new ideas when you make a point. Not easily impressed, but found multiple instances where he deeply appreciated people making meaningful contributions. He expects a very thorough work with total ownership, doesn't accept sub-standard quality - something that is absolutely needed for a product to shape up into a great product. CTO is a totally hands-on Techie, and surprisingly warm and helpful to even freshers. Something you don't generally expect from a geek. The team is young and energetic, and has a very open startup culture. Again something you would expect at a new age workplace.
Cons
Open workplace - it may be good for some. But definitely can use some privacy at times. They are moving to a bigger place to accommodate the growing team. In the highly competitive space the product is, you really got to give your very best in every single aspect. Can become very challenging.
