Well the cons can go on pages after pages but I shall keep it short,
1. Absolutely no professionalism by the management. The Management is just the CEO who single handedly thinks that he knows it all but in reality is not even close.
2. The CEO does not respect his colleagues and thinks that he owns them all. This is not exaggeration but the actual fact and you can get this if you speak to each and every employee one-on-one.
3. The company is all about short cuts and does not even have an ID card for employees, a proper toilet, a decent workspace, etc.
4. Its only the buzzword AI that they use to sell their company but in totality, thats all there is.
5. only 5-10% of employees here stay more than 3 months and those who do must be really good at sucking up to the Management.
6. The Technologies are are not that great to work with and no cutting edge technologies used, its just the usual chatbot.
7. Very poor benefits package
8. Very poor office atmosphere and bad politics by senior Management.
9. You would be fired if you take an emergency leave without informing.
