They dream big but expect overnight results without laying the actual groundwork. • The CEO and upper management run the company based on whims, not strategy. • Every task is an “urgent" request, creating constant overwork and burnout. • There is no respect for employees - employees are treated as scapegoats when things go wrong. • Questioning leadership is not acceptable at all; you either obey or leave. • Talented, experienced employees leave quickly or forced out, and the company doesn’t care as they have realised that because of the “AI” in the name they won't be short of replacements. • Appraisals are delayed by six months every year, and bonuses are not paid in full.
