I was just laid off at the end of March without any information and heads up! Leadership is chaotic, emotionally immature, and completely disconnected from reality Constant micromanagement — no trust, no autonomy Late night calls every day for the engineering team. We were expected to work for 17-18 hours as normal Zero job security; people are removed randomly without warning No clear direction - priorities change every week depending on the CEO’s mood Work culture is fear-driven; speaking up = being targeted Long hours are glorified, burnout is ignored No real learning or growth, just survival Favoritism and internal politics dominate everything Company pretends to be “fast-paced startup” but is actually disorganized chaos Mental health takes a serious hit working here Genuine advice - Don't join here even if you don't have anything in hand. This job will spoil your life!
