A beneficial business to society. It is a product that you should be proud to work with. Some unique advantages in the technology that are hard to replicate for competitors.

Cons

Leadership is absent. No teamwork. It is a survivor environment where everyone is working against each other instead of as a team.

Great product & people, interesting work but...

Pros

Amazing smart people, who care about eachother. Plenty of technology to learn. R&D is valued.

Cons

Product is always changing hard to stabilize. A lot of customer complaints, hard to manage real issues from non-issues. A lot of disorganization making things ineffecient and become expensive really fast.
