Pros

-Lots of perks -Free Lunch, Snacks, Drinks -Annual Retreats -Lots of ironSource swag. -Used to be a place to grow a career and learn. -Actually used to care about you as a person instead of just a disposable workhorse.

Cons

-Always willing to break things, and they regularly do, then proceed to lag on fixing those things. -Follow up from engineering is poor for internal stakeholders which costs us business and opportunities. -Allows largest revenue companies to shape their product roadmap. Instead of building things that would be beneficial for many customers, they build things they think might be useful or is only a niche case for 1 customer. -Allocating development resources 100% to big projects while disregarding bug fixes, version instabilities, and normal wear and tear. -Understaffing offices. The company used to have lots of support in this area. Until they laid off a bunch of integral team members and forced the remaining members to just deal with it. -You'll be expected to put in way too much work with little compensation. -Lots of management cliques. If you aren't in the exclusive management club or buddy buddy with management, you'll be expected to do the most. If you are friends, you can skate by with minimal effort when compared to the rest of the team.

Pros

Great people who work hard and have fun doing it. Great product that is only getting better Really smart leadership You are treated like a family member vs. employee.

Cons

The merger of Supersonic into IronSource took longer then leadership expected. Take the great culture and vibe of the Tel-Aviv office and try and export it to your other offices.
