Pros

Development opportunities Amazing company DNA Work hard play hard

Cons

Post the recent Iron source acquisition of Bidalgo, it is yet to be clear what will be the new structure and R&Rs of each employee. But the acquisition is certainly a good thing.

Pros

Very friendly, outgoing, hard-working and professional staff. HR does a great job picking people who are easy to work with and know how to work individually and as a team. The company is growing a lot and there are opportunities to grow with it. Great environment, comfortable workplace, they put a lot of effort into events and special treats and gifts. Gave options to all employees before going public. However, even those of us working for a few years have to wait an additional 4 years to vest it all (in other words, prior time in the company is not considered). Yearly bonus.

Cons

Salaries are lower than industry average. There doesn't seem to be a lot of openness to negotiate with managers. It's not as parent-friendly as they like to think/say. The parking lot is a nightmare to get out of. It can take 30 minutes or more to leave the parking lot at rush hour. This is of consideration for parents who need to pick up kids. Required minimum of 3 days per week in the office. 2 days would be better.

Pros

There is a focus on improvement and learning. The team tries to push itself forward and do things best.

Cons

There is a lack of product features, most of the work and features come from within the teams and involve improvements rather than totally new features
