Pros

The pros are the discount and Gym membership

Cons

Buckle up the scheduling and availability requirements are crazy. You can't take off from November through January. Don't show up for your shift? Strike. One minute late for your shift? Strike. You get 4 unexcused absences per year meaning if you have a shift you can't get covered (doesn't matter the reason, your car can break down, anything) it counts as unexcused even if you call to let them know you can't come in. You get 8 times to be late and late means your shift starts at 8:00 and your walking in at 7:59. You really have to be 10 minutes early because there's a whole sign in process on the phone to even clock in. A 5 minute grace period would really exemplifying the "care" they claim to have. Especially as many people struggle with ADD/ADHD. You have to be available for 8 hours Monday-Friday and available for 8 hours Saturday and Sunday. So if you are working a full time job 8-5 Monday - Friday, congratulations you're going to be working 7 days a week. Also did I mention you can only "earn" PTO by working an insane amount of hours... So work a lot to take off a little? Management is okay, well the laid back ones. The others make 6 hour shifts feel like purgatory asking have you checked in with every guest when you clearly have.... Anyways, all that to say the company has potential, but will consistently have high turnover with irrational requirements. This job is really for someone in highschool or a freshman in college.

Pros

Coworkers a cool, fitness discount for doing classes, good discount

Cons

Overbearing and non-flexible store manager, really obnoxious availability requirements for part timers (lack of flexibility, again), and the pay is absolutely awful. They're overly sensitive and literally police all conversations... there's no freedom of speech or opinion at Lululemon.

Great opportunity for an entry level sales job, great discounts too.

Cons

I don't have strong cons after working here for 3 years.
