Pros

Extremely flexible and are always in the back. You don't deal with rude/dirty customers.

Cons

Being part-time 15 hours per week is not enough. You may only pick up shifts that are BOH. Unless someone who is also a POE gives up their shift. This is not common, so you're stuck with your hours.

Pros

The job is fun if you like talking to people and are organizational

Cons

Management began dwindling and things were not run very well. Manager and assistant manager were BFFs and could be catty. Regional manager did not listen to concerns of staff about pay and work balance, store had a mass exit of employees after that, I think they even had to close down for a while due to short staffing.
