Grain of salt

Pros

Discount isn't bad. 40% for PT and 60% for FT. 75% off of markdown items (sales rack) for both.

Cons

- LGBTHDTV- + gets shoved down your throat - If you speak up for yourself, others or what you believe its considered insubordinate -It depends on where you're working at and who your leads and store manager is. Majority of mine micromanaged, rude, two-faced, and loved drama. If that sounds like a good time to you then disregard this as a con.

Pay was ridiculous

Pros

I loved my coworkers, the benefits were nice, environment was nice.

Cons

if corporate actually cared about their employees they would pay them a livable wage. 5 years there and I only made $14/hour as a full time employee. and their "full time" is 25-40 hours so they would only schedule me 30-ish hours. there's no work/life balance when you need to have 2 other jobs to make ends meet.
