Pros

I was originally hired as a summer contract employee, then stayed with lululemon for over a year. They offered amazing benefits, with the best being the $100 to put towards fitness classes each month. I also loved their fun and playful environment; as a run club leader, I got paid to go on runs with community members.

Cons

They have since lowered our benefit rate significantly for discounts on their merchandise since my original stint. The bonus rates (commission) we receive as a store depend on last year's sales, and when there's a new store or some change, it is not re-evaluated properly causing wages to go down.
