Pros

The employee discount, the relaxed environment, the support

Cons

The relaxed environment is both a pro and a con. Way too often do we prolong the "X needs more coaching" versus the realization that the person is just incapable and does not have the skills to do the job. After the RTO policy rolled out in early 2023, every single remote employee has basically paused any form of career advancement at lululemon. Career advancement in general does not exist here. The hire externally rather than promoting from within.

Pros

Great perks and great product

Cons

With the new attendance policy, you can only be late 7 times (no grace period) and have an unexcused absence 3 times. After that, you are terminated.
