Pros

The people are great but that’s it

Cons

Pay is bad , unreachable “bonus” structure makes it impossible to make more than the base pay which isn’t even great. It’s the bare minimum. Culture is getting worse. Used to be amazing, now it’s very “corporate”. Cutting costs very cheap with employees. We get robbed 10 times a day and they don’t care or do anything about it. It’s dangerous and everyone is terrified but they do nothing but offer free therapy sessions on how to basically get over it. They do not care about the fact that there are dangerous criminals coming into our space daily to rob, and fraudulent scam our return system. If you say anything about being afraid you are the bad guy It’s honestly so sad. Lululemon used to be so fun and now it’s traumatizing.

Pros

Great Pay and benefits. Fairly easy job and responsibilities.

Cons

Favoritism among managers is common place. Assistant Managers use PIP’s and development plans to punish employees that give them feedback that “doesnt land”. Employees that do not have the same church or religious affiliation are excluded from out of work hangouts.
