Pros

It used to be the 75% discount. But that was taken away.

Cons

Major management changes equals huge decline in moral. Serious pressure from upper management has everyone living in fear of losing their job. What used to be a super fun work environment which was contagious with our guests, is not like that anymore. The heart of Lululemon is now nonexistent.
