Pros

Good team culture and supportive environment. Training is solid, so you never feel lost as a new hire. Employee discount is amazing, especially if you’re into athletic wear.

Cons

Peak times (product drops, holidays) can be extremely busy and physically demanding. Part-time hours can fluctuate, so consistent shifts sometimes require early communication. While KPI pressure isn’t too intense, some stores still remind you to focus on driving sales.
