Pros
So chill and great people to work with. Lululemon provides so many benefits that are very helpful if you take advantage of them. Good pay and commission bonuses almost every month added to your hourly wages. Lululemon takes care of you
Cons
It's retail so it sucks the same as anywhere else. At our location it's hard to get as many hours as you want because we have so many employees but it makes it pretty easy to find coverage. You have to work weekends.
