Pros

Full time discount is decent. Great benefits for workout classes, up to $300 per month.

Cons

Retail stores have great levels of favoritism and special treatment for those they like. Inflexible scheduling, hard to get time off. Long hours on sales floor. No discount on sale items. Lots of people began to leave in search of better opportunities: more pay, better benefits, etc.
