Worst job I've ever had

Pros

The Educator discount was 60% off regular priced items, and 75% off markdown items

Cons

- Guests steal tons of product daily with no repurcussions. It created a dangerous environment for everyone inside the store. I had to clean up blood, drug paraphernalia including a crack pipe, and other hazardous materials while I was on the floor. No growth unless you want to work in-store. There is no development opportunities to work for corporate (SSC), yet they dangle it in front of you like a carrot. Minimum wage, and did not receive bonus almost ever, making it unaffordable to live in Victoria, BC.
