Pros

Company discounts are pretty great

Cons

Unless you come into the organization at the level you want to work at, don’t bother. No opportunities to advance. A few 3 month stretch assignments, but nothing worthwhile. The org I’m in is very unorganized. My superiors are busy networking for themselves and interested in advancing without developing their teams. Steer clear. Lots of hype, no substance.
