Pros

Fun people to work with, free workouts, discount on merchandise

Cons

They try to induct you into their weird cult, and treat part-time employees as if they are unimportant and “less than” if they don’t want to be lifelong employees

Pros

The culture was great and there was always learning opportunities. The company prides itself on the unlimited potential and they were always encouraging you to grow, whether or not that was within the company. Goal setting was really important.

Cons

Sometimes it was too "go-getter" and they tried to encourage selling product that guests didn't need.
