Pros

Sweaty Pursuits, employee discount, and the ocean.

Cons

Although the company has great values imbedded in the intended culture, I endured endless discrimination. An employee assistance program counselor told me I was getting bullied and harassed and to report it to HR. I should’ve but I didn’t want to come off as a liability. I don’t even want to be seen wearing the brand, that is how traumatized I am.

Cons

High turnover for other educators and management High stress environment Pay could be better They’d rarely promote educators who wanted to move up to a GEL or Product Ops Role
