Pros

Great place to work if you want to use their LinkedIn Learning for free. Simple work to help retail, and office workers

Cons

Manager backseats your performance. You're late? Tickets not updated in time? SLA not meeting? I'll address all of this in our 1 on 1 meeting

Pros

Great Benefits (health insurance for part-time!), culture, events, community outreach.

Cons

Can sometimes feel cliquey. Management can be rude to employees who are in college or pursuing other careers or if you’re childfree. Being guilt tripped by a manager who has to work on Halloween and can’t spend it with their baby while you tell co-workers about a costume party you’re going to attend makes me feel like my life wasn’t as important just because I wasn’t a parent. Personal development is only important if it align with how you can be used by the company, otherwise they are unsupportive.
