Pros

fun work environment, great team, opportunities for growth and development, great discount, flexible scheduling, great way to get involved in the community

Cons

low pay for living in such an expensive city, promotions / positions seem to end up being promised to people before they even hold interviews, lots of turnover at the educator level leads to a lot of work training and re-training new employees
