Pros

- Larger stores allow for more swaps in shifts; shift swapping was encouraged at our store - Educators were very supportive of each other - close friendships - Good Discount. All of us miss when we had a discount on top of markdowns...they took it away (Good to work as a temporary job, would be very difficult to work past 6 months)

Cons

- Multiple managers often resulted in poor communication (larger store) - Educators did not get rewarded during peak selling days like Black Friday - Availability requirements changed in 2025, making it a lot harder to hold a part-time position or be a student alongside an educator - Taking away markdown discount - Outfit to Educate styles are styles no one wants to buy

Pros

Decent working environment Fun co-workers Relaxed dress code Bonus opportunities They do offer some benefits, but you have to pay an outrageous price to access them

Cons

Disorganized structure Low morale at times Bad leadership Low pay Being expected to delivery high-quality service for while making poverty wages in NYC Really small break room You are constantly on your feet and are chastised if you are not constantly moving and doing something
