Pros

working with others who are easy to relate to, every shift is different and you may not realize it at first or all the time but you develop in a positive way (confidence, not taking things personally when guests are rude, exploring new places in your local community.)

Cons

it is a business at the end of the day, so sometimes your hours and pay can fluctuate so being able to even survive off of a paycheck is difficult.

Pros

Amazing culture Help to build you up as a person not just employee Work on enhancing strengths and have a great relationship with management

Cons

Some off-shift events that one is expected to go to. In my opinion these were all so much fun, built team work, and united the company to the community. However, I could see how an employee would not like this
