Pros

great discount on product, great personal development opportunities, amazing full time benefits (matching 401k, medical/dental/vision, monthly workout class stipend), feedback and growth mindset oriented

Cons

retail hours, pay check amounts inconsistent due to commission inconsistency, increased base pay would make it more feasible to stay at the company

Pros

Atmosphere can be fun. Theres always something to do. You can make lifelong friends and before the pay change, you made good money. Great benefits, get free classes and good product discount.

Cons

New pay change makes it hard to pay bills, bonuses + commissions took a large dive resulting in a pay cut for most full time employees. Communication lacks. Not supportive for employees with families or children and scheduling is demanding.
