Pros

If you're interested in health and wellness as a career you can meet really cool people and network. They usually** hire really great people so you make good friends...not always tho

Cons

The company has changed so much since the pandemic. -management only cares about sales and not about community -toxic work environment -management tells you not to gossip and then gossips in front of other employees -no one knows what they're doing but micromanages everything you do -they make you download teams onto your personal phone so you're always getting messages about work even on your day off (I ended up turning off all my notifications) -cult-like -bonus is not consistent and they are not staying competitive with their wages
