Pros

My coworkers became my family. The oppprtunity for growth and learning is constant and exciting. The trainings Are so in-depth I've been able to use these skills in life and at my new job. They really do a lot to appreciate the employees and the benefits are wonderful!! Very flexible. Lots of fun. Does not feel like a retail job. :-)

Cons

Constant pressure to "drink the koolaid." The strive to withhold the company beliefs and core values drives management to altar a persons way of thinking to form into what they want you to think. -- it goes a lot deeper than just a job. I found myself taking work home with me & felt there was invasiveness into others and my own personal life. I worked in 2 locations and the first location was AMAZING and the second was the reason I quit. Not all stores are created equal.

Pros

Working at lululemon was one of the best decisions of my life. It taught me so much about myself and also how to help employees grow through leadership. I loved this part of the role. We had great perks and the ability to have a flexible schedule.

Cons

While having a flexible schedule was nice, working evenings and weekends gets a little old.

Pros

-the company culture is amazing -there are a ton of benefits (discounts on workouts, etc.) -a work, life, balance mentality is strongly encouraged

Cons

-its still a retail job so hours can suck (especially around the holidays) and you will most likely be required to work weekends -There is a blackout period around the holidays where you can't ask for vacation so traveling around the holidays is nearly impossible
