In store retail

Pros

Decent benefits, both monetarily and perk wise. Awesome discount

Cons

Difficult constraints to ensure a staffed store due to company directives and objectives. Always having to be on site takes time away from home life, would love an at least Hyrbid work situation, feel like its feasible to do.

A good gig for retail

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Benefits (parenthood leave, PTO, leadership development), employee discount (although I believe this is changing?), still a retail grind of a job but compared to other brands a good retail store to work for

Cons

Some toxic company culture, a lot of people in roles of power because they’ve been there so long so you can feel stuck behind them or a bit mean girls/bias for promotions
