Pros

Ability to transfer to different locations which is very helpful as a college student. Bonuses received depending on monthly sales. Very flexible with availability and easy to find shift coverage if needed.

Cons

May not be scheduled as many hours as needed. Some weeks I may be scheduled 5 hours, some weeks 15. However, you can always pick up shifts to fill in gaps.

Great people, poor upper management

Pros

$150/month (for part time) and $300/month (for full time) employees to spend on group fitness classes. Great discount on clothing, The Mirror and other promotional things. The EAP program is actually really great.

Cons

The pay is terrible and management is very clique-y. You are promoted based on popularity and ability to conform to the clique and not performance. Management can feel very exclusive and gossip a lot.
