Pros

The self-development tools are helpful. Great benefits. You learn the true meaning of great customer service. Great sense of community here.

Cons

A need to educate and train everyone. It is hard to be promoted. Constant need to fit the mold.

Pros

Free yoga classes, discount, people in the stores

Cons

Ask you to read books for personal development but it's really for work purposes and they do not pay you for it, never really a day off as you have to be on call at all times

Great Company, Poor Store Management

Pros

Great company culture, company compensates and gives back to employees very generously. Pays for some fitness classes, flexible schedule (usually). Offers employees to go to Landmark Education after certain length of time employed. Fun, active place to work! Worked at the somerset location, very fast paced environment and high energy.

Cons

The somerset location has some management issues, the store manager has so many insecurities that she treats most of her employees like dirt, talks down to them and only promotes the ones who are no threat to her. There is a slight brain washing aspect to the company (only if you"drink the Kool-aid")
