Pros

I would say that the benefits and staff discount are pretty good, their onboarding is pretty good too. Fun company events and lots of opportunities to grow.

Cons

As it's been noted lululemon has a very strong working culture. I would say that for some this can be great and for others not to much. I felt as an organization people tended to be competitive and very cliquey. This is a young organization that has a lot of room to grow. These aren't negative things if you fit into the mold. Also, for a company located in Vancouver, it was not very diverse.
