      Pros

      The discount on very expensive active wear is great. and they encourage and pay for you to take fitness classes that are local to your store location.

      Cons

      The individual stores are mostly fun by younger college girls that lack management training. In our store this caused unnecessary cattiness and favoritism. They encourage you to write your goals and submit them, however if your goals don't align with climbing the companies ladder it is pretty clear that they become less interested in you.

      High achieving group of people who balance work and play.

      Cons

      Position titles and salaries do not align. The environment is extremely political. Ethos of company / culture not followed by senior management.

      Pros

      Discount on product, free classes (yoga, spin, pilates, etc) and you work with some cool people. After being there close to a year you may be chosen to attend the Landmark Forum, which the company pays for (you just don't get paid your wage, but all expenses are paid).

      Cons

      Managers are young and not qualified to lead large teams making such large profits. Often the stores are run by mean girls. Pay is low and they expect that you will give up time outside of paid hours for community initiatives.
