Pros

Great place to work and develop personally. Definitely a job that is not for everyone you have to buy into the culture which is pretty much how every job is. A great place to learn initiative and self-motivation and autonomy. They practice work-life balance

Cons

If you have a poor Store Manager it can be difficult to really get the most out of it.
