Pros

Not a damn thing to say.

Cons

Not a Family environment at all! They don't listen nor care what you have to do @ work or in your real life (even if it's for a new baby). They made way too much money and their clothes are garbage.

Pros

Cheap clothes, yoga in the office, casual dress code. Opportunities to advance if management like you (very clicky)

Cons

Need to tow the company line (cult of lulu, everything is awesome) or expect to hit brick walls. Way too much expected of many employees. Huge on preaching the work life balance while many staff are over worked and under whelmed.

Pros

There is a lot of opportunity to learn and grow. Management is very supportive of changing career directions and supporting goals

Cons

There are always more projects going on than anyone can dedicate quality time to. The good people are spread thin and the less-good people don't get the support and training they need to get better.
