+ upper management knew how to "play the game" but had no formal training- and it showed + high turnover + unless you want to work retail forever, growing in the company is impossible as they rarely sponsor visas ( only for store managers or higher) + unprofessional environment + at a full time employee i rarely worked over 35 hours a week + all women and not much diversity + really great if you just want to work like 10 hour weeks, too much drama and not enough money
