Pros

I have never worked for a company that has better values than Lululemon. They encourage individual growth and want to see you succeed in every aspect of your life including career, health and personal. The managers and the other employees are incredibly kind and always ask for you to work out with them. It is a pleasure to work with such an amazing company. They have helped me become the best version of me.

Cons

I have nothing bad to say.
