Pros

The job is easy to do and easy to learn, as long as you are comfortable talking to customers ("guests") no matter how tough they may be. Very supportive environment and you can literally reach out to anyone for help. The pay is also nice and the benefits is achievable.

Cons

I did this as a summer job while being a part-time student. When going back to school full-time, they weren't open to being flexible with my schedule. The hours were also pretty rough as they are open 5am to 9pm and require you to do an opening/closing shift + a weekend shift per week. What was toughest for me was having to put down 20-25 free hours per week.
