Pros

Great company and corporate culture. Lots of perks like free workouts at surrounding gyms and studios. They provide vision and goals coaching and support your pursuit of goals inside and outside of the company.

Cons

Low salary for high level positions. It's pretty difficult to retain high quality employees because the salaries are so low.

Pros

Honestly, really good people and culture. Trained on more than just how to be a good at sales. Best retail compensation there is + really great, team commission structure.

Cons

The only down side which can be seen either way is that it isn't your typical retail job. You are encouraged take on projects that go beyond your time working on the floor.

Pros

The discount and workout benefits

Cons

At Ivivva, the caliber of management is very low. They are young, inexperienced, and put on a false front when the regional manager is in town. The success of the store rests solely on the product and the affluent guests.
