Pros

The pay is pretty high with great team commission. It's also nice that they pay a living wage (+$1) to those working in DC because the cost of living is so high. The store discount is also pretty bangin', not to mention free sweat sessions! Everything about "the hive" mentality is pretty fun and you work with driven amazing people.

Cons

You will be vastly over-worked. They follow an 80/20 framework meaning that 20% of your work for the store will take place off the retail floor doing other things to keep the business afloat, and you get one hour a week to complete that 20%. Don't expect to get paid for anything over that (and you will go over), be prepared to work for free for "the good of the team".

Pros

Great company culture. They really want to help you achieve your goals and improve as an individual. You learn a lot about yourself.

Cons

It's retail so the hours can be inconvenient and folding yoga pants does get old after a while. It's also not a livable salary.
