Pros

Great benefits! The company pays for employees to work out at top rated fitness studios in the city. We also get great discounts on clothing, and if you are a full time employee, health insurance is very reasonable.

Cons

Because each store is treated as an independent business, many times you are at the fate of your store manager. Having worked at multiple stores under multiple managers, there are good and bad!

Great company with weird tactics

Pros

Goal-focused environment, yoga immersion, really interesting people, great discount. Loved the regular goal coaching and access to Landmark, etc.

Cons

Hours (as expected in retail, but exasperated at lululemon with the black out period) , micromanagement, poorly directed "feedback" that regularly became unnecessarily personal, awkward requirement to learn lulu language in order to fit.
