Pros

Discount on lulu clothes ( they really are amazing and worth the extra money), 2 free sweat classes a week, they have a great goal setting format so it's a great life lesson to take with you.

Cons

Favoritism. It's true guys, before I came to this company I read the reviews and didn't believe it would happen to me but it did and not to my advantage. I was a threat to my mgrs due to my knowledge and talent so they coached me out. SCC ( corp) is full of katty bees too. They fill entitled to tear you down if you're good at what you do. People potential (h.r) is a mystery, they make themselves hidden. Also, they tend to hire people w/o retail experience and it's frustrating if you do have the knowledge b/c you carry the weight of the store and when you try to give feedback about safety and shrink issues you become a threat. As much as this company preaches that they like feedback, they don't, it's 1 way street. Mgrs use feedback and values as weapons. Also, ivivva is new. They are experiencing lots of growing pains, mostly in sales and inventory. They are missing a lot of structure. It's very frustrating to deal with. Oh, and it's sooooooo boring to work there. And the time they expect you to work off the clock, use your personal email, personal phone ( work text messaging) is so not a work life balance they preach. Vacation is paid out on every pay check so you don't really find yourself taking a vacation. And they expect hard working go getters but because of the lack of benefits ( medical, vacation pay, 401k) and low wages a single person pushing their career can't afford to live. And you'll be lucky to get 30 hrs a week. Your only guaranteed 24 as a FT employee.

Pros

getting some $1 or $2/hr bonuses added when store does well. good employee discount (i would never buy lululemon full price, it is not worth the quality- and quality is getting worse). taking yoga and fitness classes for free.

Cons

management sucks. lack of transparency. cattiness. managers gossip. empty promises. core values were not honored by management- management were hypocrites when its came to their "core values", managers taking advantage of the company and the employees. new managers were not properly trained. employees were not "heard" when trying to "speak". all employees were very FAKE. it was the worst job I have ever had.
