      Pros

      Good job, liked working there. Tried to get to management level but was unsuccessful. would work there again if given the opportunity.

      Cons

      Not great pay. Not really much negative to say about the company. There clothing is fantastic and if I could work there again I would.

      Pros

      Fellow coworkers were very loyal to the company, since the company did not focus on telling the employees to sell as much as possible, but to educate the consumers on the company and its products. As an educator, there was a strong focus on your position; the company understood that it is only as good as its sales associates. Everyone was allowed a say and growth in the company was welcomed, which was reassuring to know the company cared so much about its employees.

      Overly optimistic coworkers that almost make it feel like they are not being genuine.

      Pros

      An amazing community to be a part of. Super supportive team members and company overall. I loved the aspect of helping their employees with goal setting and the idea of receiving feedback to constantly push yourself to be better. Truly is a company that wants the best for their employees.

      Cons

      Not that it was a requirement, but basically everyone wears lululemon who works there which means most of your pay check goes back to the company. I can see this being a con, but who doesn't love wearing comfy clothes all the time?
