Pros

Discounts, fitness classes, pretty great co-workers

Cons

Management is garbage, bunch of unqualified children are your bosses. Prepare to get feedback constantly - even bathroom breaks count towards productivity lol.

Pros

Great base pay, bonus and benefit programs- they are truly unmatched in the retail sphere. Free fitness classes. Lululemon attracts some really wonderful people so your co-workers will be great. You feel like you are part of a community here. They also invest in their people and offer a lot of personal development opportunities.

Cons

There can be a lack of work/life balance. The company expects you to work hard, often in overtime. They also ask you to take part in community events and group fitness classes outside of your already scheduled full time hours. Expectations are very high. Corporate lingo/culture is strong, you're expected to 'speak the language' and encourage others to do so in order to move ahead.
