Pros

-personal development: leadership + commmunication tools -goal setting -FUN EXCITED LIVELY TEAM. Working feels like being at your friends dinner party. THE BEST. -build relationships with an amazing community of fitness instructors -workout perks -great discount -easy to request time off for a vacation (not paid) -if you stick with it, there is opportunity to make good money and move up, but not for a couple years

Cons

-retail hours, meaning you always work at least one weekend day and aren't on the same schedule as your 9-5 friends or significant other
